Ray Mailoux LNHA

Administrator

I have been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator for over 40 years and also hold an MBA.
Highlights–my past work includes serving as the CEO of New Hampshire Catholic Charities for 15 years–the States largest non-profit. I also opened and operated a successful small business for 15 years. The business focused on home modifications for seniors and adults with disabilities and was recognized twice by the New Hampshire Better Business Bureau for outstanding Marketplace Ethics—the only company in New Hampshire to receive this award twice… Finally, before I retired (the first time) I was hired to turn around a one star special focus facility in New Hampshire. Proudly, I was able to lead the facility from a one star (bottom 5%) to a five star (top 5%) rating. With that accomplishment I retired, but got bored and returned to work as an Administrator for Centers Healthcare. And here I am at the Granville Center.

She took and passed the National Physical Therapy Examination in the USA two months after she arrived the US. She was already working as a physical therapist when she went back to school for her Doctorate degree in Utica University and now holds the title of Doctor of Physical Therapy. Granville Center has always held a special place in her career experience as she worked here as a full-time physical therapist for three years before she moved to another facility under the same company. Her comeback as a Director of Rehabilitation is like coming back home to facility’s unique close-knit culture and familiar faces of some of the staff and long-term residents. She loves working in geriatric setting. She had been working in nursing home setting for 10 years before she moved up as a director of rehab. Because of her experience, she can challenge, help, and collaborate effectively for successful rehab outcome of patients.
On her days off she loves spending time with her husband and toddler. She loves reading and dancing with her toddler.

Knowledge is health.

For the absolute highest quality of care, Granville Center staffs medical providers on each unit who stay in constant communication with leadership throughout the day. Team collaboration is our forte, and this commitment helps us maintain an unbeatable continuum of care.

Our team also works hard to keep therapies as consistent as possible, tracking all communications through an advanced electronic medical record system. This ensures immediate transmission of information across the entire care network.
